0238 GMT - KORE US REIT's portfolio occupancy is likely to improve in 2H, RHB Research's Vijay Natarajan says in a research report as the analyst maintains the unit's buy rating. The REIT is guiding for year-end occupancy to be around 87%, similar to last year, the analyst notes. For 2H, the REIT's occupancy improvement is likely to primarily stem from its 'The Westpark Portfolio' and 'The Plaza Buildings.' However, interest-rate outlook has deteriorated, affecting the REIT's interest costs and asset valuations. RHB Research cuts its 2026-2028 distributable-income forecasts for the REIT by 3%-5% and lowers the unit's target price to 0.26 U.S. dollar from 0.30 U.S. dollar. Units are 0.6% higher at 0.181 U.S. dollar.
