智通财经APP获悉，香港联交所最新资料显示，7月28日，盐城港(08310)出现仓位异动，转仓市值总计2.33亿港元，占比57.46%。该公司股东向华泰香港转入7.4亿股，从金利丰证券转出7.4亿股。
7月28日，盐城港发布公告，根据现有资料及对本集团截至2026年6月30日止6个月(本报告期)的未经审核综合管理账目的初步评估，预期本集团将：
于本报告期取得亏损约790万港元，较截至2025年6月30日止6个月(上一报告期)取得的亏损约2690万港元减少约70.6%，有关亏损主要归因于(i)贸易业务规模增长及利润率显著提升；(ii)石化产品仓储业务分部收入增加，而成本及开支维持稳定；以及(iii)本公司于本报告期内完成处置一家附属公司产生的处置收益。
于本报告期取得收入约6.4亿港元，较上一报告期取得的收入约5.15亿港元增加约24.3%，有关收入增加主要受贸易业务规模扩大及石化产品仓储收入稳步增长所致。
