智通财经APP获悉，内房股涨幅居前，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨7.55%，报0.57港元；龙湖集团(00960)涨6.07%，报7.16港元；越秀地产(00123)涨4.75%，报3.75港元；万科企业(02202)涨3.33%，报2.48港元。
消息面上，7月15日，6月70城房价及上半年房地产开发销售数据出炉。在国务院新闻办公室当天举行的发布会上，国家统计局副局长毛盛勇表示，从上半年的相关数据看，政策成效逐步显现，房地产市场出现了一些积极变化。
长江证券发布研报称，客观来讲尽管近期二手实时成交量价数据边际转弱，但上半年重点城市尤其京沪基本面表现高于市场预期，参照历史经验，短期强力政策出台的紧迫性或相对较低。该行指出，淡季行业基本面边际转弱，叠加重大会议时点临近，资本市场对地产政策的关注度再次提升。
