日本计划继续稳步提高最低工资,预示薪资增长将向更广泛的经济领域扩散。这将为日本央行进一步加息提供依据。
日本厚生劳动省顾问委员会周二建议,2026财年全国平均最低时薪上调4.9%至1176日元(7.18美元)。虽然低于上年度创纪录的6.3%增幅,但每小时增加55日元,仍是有记录以来第二大加薪。
新的最低工资标准将覆盖逾5000万名劳动者。各地区政府确定当地标准后,预计将从10月起陆续实施。
此前,日本工会与企业在年度薪资谈判中再次取得可观的加薪成果。日本最大工会组织成员的平均工资涨幅连续第三年超过5%。
这将有助于日本央行推动工资上涨、需求增强和物价稳定上升之间形成良性循环,也是支持进一步加息的重要条件。与此同时,日元疲软推高进口能源和食品成本,挤压家庭预算,令央行继续上调政策利率的压力增大。
市场普遍预计,日本央行周五议息时将维持基准利率不变,以评估上月将利率提高至1995年以来最高水平的影响。
