恒发光学（01134）今早一度涨超48%，截至发稿，股价上涨33.33%，现报0.40港元，成交额138.77万港元。
今早，恒发光学发布公告称，主要股东顶锋控股已于7月24日订立买卖协议，向一名独立第三方转让合共约1.48亿股公司股份，相当于公告日期公司已发行股本总额约29.59%，交易已完成，顶锋已不再持有公司任何股份。另据香港联交所最新资料显示，胡杏于7月24日以每股均价0.35港元场外买入恒发光学1.48亿股普通股股份，价值约5178.32万港元。
董事会表示，并不预计此次股份转让将对集团现有眼镜业务的业务营运造成任何不利影响，有关业务将继续作为集团的核心业务。同时，董事会将继续探讨潜在机遇，以实现集团业务及收入来源的多元化。
