智通财经APP获悉，内房股继续上涨，截至发稿，融创中国(01918)涨3.64%，报0.57港元；旭辉控股(00884)涨2.7%，报0.038港元；新城发展(01030)涨2.07%，报1.48港元。
消息面上，国家统计局此前发布的数据显示，上半年房地产市场出现多方面积极变化：一线城市房价连续4个月环比上涨，二手房市场交易活跃，商品房待售面积连续4个月下降。高盛因6月销售持续复苏且售价胜预期，上调今年楼价跌幅预测。
花旗发布研报称，受惠于核心城市成交韧性及低基数效应推动，9月起发展商加强推售新盘，加上预期7月底举行的重磅会议将释放支持讯号，例如公积金购房及以旧换新等措施或进一步放宽，相信7月至9月行业销售增长有望回稳。该行认为内房行业已为8月至10月的升浪做好准备。
