黄金：

7月29日，在美联储利率决议即将揭晓的关键时刻，国际金价周二（7月29日）却跌至一周低点，现货黄金一度下探至每盎司4011.54美元，收盘报4028.42美元，单日跌幅达1.2%。与此同时，美元指数仍徘徊在一个月高位附近，油价因美伊对话传闻与冲突再起的交织信号剧烈波动，债券收益率小幅回落却难改整体高位运行的格局。黄金市场正处在一个多重力量激烈博弈的十字路口：一边是强势美元与加息预期构筑的沉重压制，另一边是地缘政治不确定性与长期通胀对冲需求仍未完全消散的支撑。这场围绕金价的拉锯战，远未结束。

　　当前盘面来看，黄金短期整体呈现震荡下行弱势格局，盘面反弹毫无延续性。技术面日线4小时多头动能持续衰竭，承压短期均线下方，空头结构逐步成型。对于日内短期阻力先留意4050美元附近之下看延续，若强势突破4050美元在关注4080美元承压力度。下方支撑重点关注3940美元，若破位在进一步关注3900美元短期反弹修复。
