金吾财讯 | 锂电池板块整体反弹，截止发稿，赣锋锂业（01772）涨6.04%，天齐锂业（09696）涨5.75%，洪桥集团（08137）涨5.49%，中创新航（03931）涨5.09%，比亚迪股份（01211）涨4.57%，比亚迪电子（00285）涨4.06%，正力新能（03677）涨3.67%，龙蟠科技（02465）涨3.64%，宁德时代（03750）涨2.49%，天能动力（00819）涨2.48%。消息面上，爱建证券新近研究指，据国家税务总局，自2026年9月1日起对锂离子蓄电池等产品按照2%税率征收消费税；自2027年9月1日起，对上述电池产品按照4%税率征收消费税；钠电及固态电池免税至2028年底，若按电芯价格0.40元/Wh测算，2%和4%税率对应约0.008元/Wh和0.016元/Wh，对电池行业整体影响有限；2）2026年6月，国内电池月度产量环比增速略有提升，表明下游需求良好，国内动力电池出口增速明显提升，储能新增中标量环比大幅提升，或促进锂电需求增长，建议关注动力电池与储能协同布局的锂电核心企业。该机构提到，电池片陆续有企业减产，但西南地区电价优惠下当地企业暂未有减产动作，市场上电池库存压力未减；组件价格随上游环节价格走弱而继续松动，上游成本持续降低，终端需求回暖不明显情况下，短期内价格或仍有弱；8月全球锂电排产或环比增长，海外大储订单是核心增长动力，户储板块表现相对低迷。
