消息面上，7月28日晚，东江集团控股发布盈警公告，预期今年上半年收入与去年同期相比上升约10%，而公司拥有人应占综合溢利则同比下降约72-80%。主要原因包括集团自2025年中启动一系列变革举措，推动突破性发展与企业长远转型升级，积极提升市场赛道布局及上下游产业协同，前期投入增加，短期对盈利能力造成影响，包括注塑产品如医疗产品及AI眼镜等以低毛利打入赛道，以换取未来可持续稳定发展，导致集团预期报告期内毛利有所下降。
