ChainCatcher 消息，Circle 欧盟战略与政策高级总监 Patrick Hansen 发文指出，欧盟《加密资产市场法规》（MiCA）落地以来，已有来自 21 家机构的约 35 个电子货币代币（EMT）获得合规认证，银行与电子货币机构纷纷入场，本地发行势头良好。
然而，全球前 50 大稳定币中，目前仅有 USDC、USDG 和 EURC 三个符合 MiCA 要求，其余均游离于监管框架之外，欧盟用户面临保护缺失或被迫切断访问的双重困境。Hansen 认为，MiCA 若要真正成为全球监管蓝本，须同步实现两个目标：一是推动本地 EMT 借助具竞争力的制度走向全球；二是为境外合规稳定币建立认可机制，吸引全球发行商纳入 MiCA 监管框架，而非将本地发行作为唯一准入路径。
