智通财经APP讯，中远海发(601866.SH)发布公告，公司通过子公司海南海发海运委托中船集团下属外高桥船厂、厦门象屿下属象屿海装分别建造10艘21万吨级散货船、5艘21万吨级散货船，交易金额分别为52.8亿元(不含税)和26.4亿元(不含税)。本次交易将就每一条船舶签署独立的建造合同，议定的单船船价均为5.28亿元(不含税)，本次交易合计79.2亿元(不含税)。
通过本次交易，公司将进一步发挥产融协同优势，提升公司船舶资产规模和质量，完善大型散货船资产布局，夯实公司船舶租赁业务的发展基石，贡献长期稳定收入与现金流，提高公司整体财务稳健性，增强公司可持续发展动力。同时，协同航运产业链上下游企业共同深耕“造、租、运”应用场景，进一步深化在国际航运领域实践运用，提升市场竞争实力。
