智通财经APP讯，长风药业(02652)发布公告，于2026年7月31日，公司委任配售代理拟促使不少于6名承配人按配售协议所载条款并在其条件规限下，以每股H股13.82港元的配售价认购2174.77万股新H股。配售股份相当于已发行H股约7.23%及已发行股份总数约5.30%，并相当于因配售股份配发及发行而扩大后的已发行H股约6.74%及已发行股份总数约5.03%。
假设所有配售股份获悉数配售，配售所得款项总额及所得款项净额预期分别约为3.01亿港元及约2.95亿港元。按此基准，每股配售股份的净发行价将约为13.56港元。公司拟按下列方式动用配售所得款项净额：约70%用于集团创新候选药物的临床及临床前开发;约15%用于在全球范围内开发集团的复杂吸入制剂产品(包括CF048、CF059/CF060、CF066 EDS、CF067、CF068及CF011/CF088)的CMC研究、临床研究、给药装置开发以及注册及监管申报开支;及约15%用于营运资金及一般企业用途，主要包括研发人员的招聘及挽留、集团研发设施的营运成本以及集团的其他一般行政及营运开支。
