BARCELONA, Spain--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 30, 2026--

Wallbox N.V. $(WBX)$, a leading provider of electric vehicle ("EV") charging and energy management solutions worldwide, today announced its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2026 and provided a business update.

Second Quarter 2026 Highlights and Business Update:

-- Generated revenue of EUR23.9 million in the quarter.

-- AC and DC sales order intake increased 11% quarter-over-quarter.

-- Delivered Gross Margin1 of 38%, improving 70 basis points compared to
      last quarter.

   -- Adjusted EBITDA1 was EUR(7.8) million, nearly flat year-over-year.

-- Continued improvement in operational efficiency resulted in a 29%
year-over-year reduction in labor costs and operating expenses.

-- Reduced inventory by approximately 4% compared to the last quarter,
continuing to support incremental cash flow.

-- Completed financial restructuring, including an EUR15.8 million equity
raise and additional financing of EUR5.4 million from our banking
partners strengthening our balance sheet and long-term financial
      visibility.

Executive Commentary

Enric Asunción, CEO of Wallbox, said, "In the second quarter of 2026, we saw sequential improvement in order intake, reflecting encouraging commercial traction across our core markets. However, this was not yet fully reflected in revenue, as we have been redefinding our vendor base, limiting our ability to convert orders into deliveries on schedule, resulting in a growing backlog."

Mr. Asunción added, "At the same time, we completed our previously announced financial restructuring, which gives us improved long-term financial visibility, and secured additional investors to strengthen our capital position. Going forward, we are focused on converting our growing backlog in a disciplined way, which we believe will support more efficient operations and continued progress toward profitability."

Financial Outlook - Third Quarter 2026

The following reflects the company's expectations for select key financial metrics for the third quarter of 2026.

-- Expects revenue to be in the range of EUR29 million to EUR31 million

   -- Expects Gross Margin1 between 38% and 40%

-- Expects a negative Adjusted EBITDA1 between EUR(6.5) million and
      EUR(4.5) million
