今年入夏以来，新疆遭遇大范围持续高温天气，东疆多地最高气温突破50℃，高温红色预警持续生效。受空调制冷、农业灌溉、工业生产用电负荷叠加攀升，迎峰度夏保供压力陡增。
针对当前电力保供形势，新疆能源监管办靠前监管，精准督导，压紧压实供电企业保供主体责任，要求供电企业多措并举、分类施策，筑牢电力保供防线。一是实施设备升级改造，对重过载配变开展更换、增容、台区拆分改造，补齐配电网硬件短板，从源头缓解用电高峰负荷压力。二是统筹优化电网运行方式，依托调度平台动态调整运行方式，跨台区转移高峰用电，避免配电设备长期满载、过载运行。三是建立实时监测巡检机制，对暂不具备负荷转移条件的台区实行全天候红外测温、加密设备巡检，实时掌握设备运行工况，快速处置各类缺陷隐患，保障电力稳定供应。四是建立12398能源监管热诉求快速响应处置机制，高效回应群众期盼，守牢民生用电底线。
