GoDaddy Seen Extending Margins, Bookings Growth Ahead of Q2 Results, Wedbush Says

GoDaddy (GDDY) is expected to post continued margin expansion, steady domains performance, and further growth in applications and commerce bookings in Q2, Wedbush Securities said Tuesday in a report.

Management expects bookings growth to more closely track revenue for the rest of the year, and investors will focus on whether that trend emerges and how it shapes GoDaddy's position as vibe-coding adoption increases, the report said.

Investors will also watch how GoDaddy balances growth and margins, particularly as early traction from its Airo AI Builder coincides with plans for higher marketing spending, Wedbush said. Other areas of attention include share buybacks, with free cash flow per share remaining a key priority, along with the potential for new mid-term targets at the company's planned investor event later this year, the report said.

Wedbush forecasts revenue of $5.3 billion and diluted GAAP EPS of $7.29 in 2026, and projects $5.6 billion in revenue and $9.18 in EPS in 2027.

Q2 results are expected Thursday.

Wedbush has an outperform rating on GoDaddy stock and a $109 price target.
