路透7月29日 - Processa Pharmaceuticals（PCSA.O）周三宣布，已通过全股票交易收购了私营公司Vidya Therapeutics，从而获得了其正在研发的、用于治疗免疫系统相关疾病的主力候选药物的开发权。

Processa同时宣布将通过股票出售筹集约2亿美元，受此消息影响，其股价在盘前交易中暴跌逾40%，至1.84美元。

  • Processa表示，这笔资金将用于支持VT-7208的研发——该实验性药物为每日一次的口服片剂，目前正在过敏、皮肤病和多发性硬化症领域进行测试——并支持公司更广泛的运营直至2029年下半年。

  • 这家总部位于佛罗里达州的公司计划于2026年下半年启动针对食物过敏和慢性自发性荨麻疹（一种会引起反复发作的瘙痒性皮疹的疾病）的中期临床研究。
