Service Stream (ASX:SSM) completed the acquisition of RiE Group, a specialized high-voltage electrical and instrumentation business operating across oil and gas, power generation and renewable sectors, according to a Friday Australian bourse filing.
The company said the acquisition, announced on May 25, has settled following the satisfaction of all conditions precedent, including the successful transition of major client agreements and staff.
