金吾财讯 | 据有关消息人士信息，Nexus Data Centers正与摩根士丹利（MS）牵头的银行财团深入磋商，计划筹集约150亿美元融资，项目选址位于得克萨斯州哈伯德，将打造一座大型AI数据中心园区，主要为谷歌（GOOG）支持的Anthropic提供算力基础设施服务。这座新建园区规划配套一座1.6吉瓦天然气发电厂，实现场内自主供电，摆脱对区域公共电网的完全依赖。随着AI算力需求持续扩张，现有电力基础设施供给承压，这类自备电源的“表后”供电方案能够有效加快数据中心项目建设落地。谷歌将为本次融资提供财务担保，相关担保覆盖Anthropic长期租赁协议与电力承诺对应的部分条款，作为对价，谷歌预计取得该项目约20%股权。与此同时，博通（AVGO）也将单独参与，为园区内谷歌TPU张量处理单元设备配套相应融资安排。该园区属于Anthropic全国算力布局的组成部分，这家人工智能企业计划在美国多地累计搭建至少10吉瓦AI计算容量。当前头部AI企业竞争持续升温，各家机构积极抢占电力资源、高端芯片与数据中心基础设施，算力基础设施的布局速度，正在成为影响AI企业长期发展的关键要素。
