消息面上，汽车之家-S发布公告，于北京时间2026年7月28日，本公司宣布其董事会(董事会)已批准新股份回购计划(新股份回购计划)，自2026年7月28日起生效。根据新股份回购计划，本公司可于未来12个月内回购高达4亿美元的美国存托股。
值得一提的是，近期，汽车之家举办新零售招商推介会。大会聚焦汽车新零售赛道、下沉市场增量与汽车后市场发展机遇，重磅发布汽车之家商城全面升级规划，并面向全国主机厂、汽车经销商、线下实体门店推出多元合作模式。本次招商会上，汽车之家旗下零售连锁品牌“家家好车”亮相。2026年，家家好车计划全国新增门店600家。
