美国水务公司（American States Water Company，纽约证券交易所代码：AWR）董事会于7月28日批准将季度现金股息上调8.2%，从每股0.504美元提高至0.5455美元。调整后的年化股息为每股2.182美元，按7月28日收盘价88.06美元计算，年度收益率约为2.48%。

　　此次增派的股息将于2026年9月2日支付给8月17日登记在册的股东。这已是该公司连续第72年提高年度股息，在美国股市中属于极少数能达成这一成就的公司。美国水务公司自1931年起每年都派发股息，此次上调也是其第361次连续季度派息。在过去五年中，公司季度股息实现了8.4%的年复合增长率。

　　公司总裁兼首席执行官Robert J． Sprowls表示：“董事会再次批准了显著的股息增长，反映出董事会对公司实现长期可持续盈利增长能力的持续信心，以及公司成为行业股息增长领先者的愿望。”他指出，不断增长的股息有助于公司吸引基础设施投资所需的资本，从而为客户提供安全可靠的服务。

　　美国水务公司是Golden State Water Company、Bear Valley Electric Service， Inc．和American States Utility Services， Inc．的母公司，为全美十个州超过一百万人提供服务。公司目前长期股息增长目标为年复合增长率超过7%。
