ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，美国证券交易委员会（SEC）已暂停纳斯达克现金结算比特币指数期权（QBTC）的批准决定，并将重新审议，以回应芝商所集团（CME）提出的法律挑战。SEC 已冻结该批准至 8 月 24 日，征求各方意见。QBTC 在委员会完成审议前将继续暂停。
SEC 于今年 5 月有条件批准该产品上市，但需获得 CFTC 豁免。芝商所 6 月提出异议，认为比特币属于大宗商品，其期权应归 CFTC 专属管辖，而非 SEC。若芝商所主张成立，纳斯达克需注册为 CFTC 监管的期货平台或重新设计合约。
