7月31日，在崇左市民政局指导下，崇左市养老服务协会（以下简称协会）会员代表大会召开，标志着崇左市养老服务协会正式成立，填补了我市养老行业社会组织的空白。
大会严格按照社会团体管理规定，审议通过协会筹备工作报告、协会章程、会费管理办法等文件。民主选举产生第一届理事会、监事会以及协会会长、副会长、秘书长。协会是由全市养老机构、医养康养单位、社区居家养老服务组织、家政企业、职业技能培训院校等行业主体自愿组成的非营利性全市性行业社会组织。
协会成立后，将充分发挥桥梁纽带作用，积极宣传落实养老惠民政策，收集反映行业发展诉求；加强行业自律，引导会员单位规范经营、诚信服务；持续开展养老护理员、医疗护理员等技能培训，加强养老服务人才队伍建设。此外，组织行业交流观摩、敬老爱老公益活动，整合全市行业资源，推动机构养老、社区养老、居家养老协同发展。
协会的成立旨在积极应对人口老龄化，健全全市养老服务体系，搭建政企沟通与行业交流平台。协会相关负责人表示，下一步，协会将持续完善内部管理制度，凝聚全市养老行业力量，助力崇左市养老服务业专业化、规范化、高质量发展，不断提升老年人的获得感、幸福感。
