智通财经APP获悉，恒隆地产(00101)回升逾4%，截至发稿，涨3.7%，报7.56港元，成交额3652.79万港元。
消息面上，近日，恒隆地产公布2026年中期业绩。中金指出，26H1恒隆地产物业租赁收入同比增长5%至49.2亿港元、经营溢利同比增长4%至34.7亿港元，符合该行预期；但由于物业销售业务计提1.2亿港元减值拨备，导致整体股东应占基本纯利同比下滑10%至14.4亿港元，小幅低于该行预期。公司公告中期股息同比持平于12港仙，符合该行预期。
中金续指，受益于其持续积极的品牌组合调整和项目运营质量提升、以及市场份额头部集中和年初黄金强势趋势，上半年公司中国内地商场零售额同比增长17%、人民币租金增长6%；管理层在业绩会指引下半年零售额指标有望实现高单位数同比增长，该行认为这一指引在当前市场环境及公司调改趋势下具备一定可见性、租金增速则将延续慢于零售额的态势。
