8月3日，香港交易所8月3日正式推出五年期人民币国债期货。香港证监会主席黄天佑致辞时表示：”今天很高兴，我们齐聚一堂，共同见证五年期国债期货的正式启动。这项重大成果，凝聚了中央的坚定支持、两地监管机构的同心协作，以及市场各方的耕耘与付出。“
黄天佑表示，一个高质量的金融市场生态，犹如一道绚丽的七色彩虹，多个环节各呈其彩、交织辉映，构成丰富、多元而完整的金融光谱。今天，国债期货正式登陆香港，恰恰为这道彩虹筑牢了沉稳而坚实的“压舱石”，极大提升香港市场的韧性与深度。
作为目前唯一在离岸市场上市的中国国债期货，这一创举意义深远：一方面，它为全球投资者提供了对冲在岸利率风险的有效工具，助力资产配置的持续优化；另一方面，它能有效提升国债市场的参与度、流动性及定价效率，进一步促进内地与海外市场之间的双向资本流动。
因此，国债期货在港上市不仅是离岸产品的重大突破，更是内地金融市场推进高水平对外开放、深化人民币国际化进程中，一座举足轻重的里程碑。
