据包头市民营经济发展服务中心消息，为统筹整合全市涉外企业服务资源，提升对出海企业的服务保障水平，协同强化企业知识产权保障能力，该中心联合包头市知识产权保护中心（海外知识产权纠纷应对指导中心包头分中心），在已建立的慕尼黑、马德里和法国3个民营企业海外服务工作站开展海外知识产权纠纷应对服务。
“服务内容主要包括，收集海外纠纷信息并常态化监测风险态势，受理应对指导申请并一案一策匹配专家，引导多元方式解纷及协调，组织专题培训宣讲，辅导海外商标布局以防范市场准入风险。”包头市民营经济发展服务中心有关负责人介绍。
包头市民营经济发展服务中心与包头市知识产权保护中心共同开展此项服务后，将为企业大幅降低海外法律服务筛选的时间与资金成本，省去跨境沟通耗时，规避因信息滞后、处置不当引发的权益损失，前置化解海外知识产权潜在风险，全方位护航包头市民营企业稳健开拓国际市场。
