8月3日金融一线消息，民生银行今日发布关于召开2026年第一次临时股东会会议的通知。会议文件显示，民生银行2026年7月30日第九届董事会第二十三次会议审议通过关于中国民生银行股份有限公司拟变更住所并修订《中国民生银行股份有限公司章程》相关条款的议案：根据民生银行CBD总行办公大楼建设进展和工作安排，该行住所拟由中国北京市西城区复兴门内大街2号，变更为北京市朝阳区金和路9号院1号楼，《中国民生银行股份有限公司章程》相关条款作相应修订。
根据监管规定，该行住所变更须经国家金融监督管理总局（以下简称“金融监管总局”）核准，并向市场监督管理部门办理变更登记手续。住所变更获金融监管总局核准后，该行《公司章程》将按规定报金融监管总局备案。
