金吾财讯 | 金融科技服务商 SS&C Technologies（SSNC）宣布，新加坡多元资产投资机构 First Plus Asset Management（FPAM）扩大双方合作，选定 SS&C 为其提供覆盖亚太区域的跨境运营一体化解决方案，支撑规模约 2 亿美元资产管理业务高效运转。根据合作协议，SS&C 将为 First Plus 贯穿投资全生命周期提供技术与运营支持，涵盖过户代理、交易指令管理执行以及投资会计核算等模块。依托这套集成化系统，First Plus 能够完成投资前台交易、组合风险管理、投资者账务核对等工作，同时强化亚太多司法辖区合规管理。此外，SS&C 还将在泰国为其提供过户代理、投资者服务与股权登记业务，并借助自动化工具持续优化运营流程。SS&C 亚太、非洲及中东负责人 Damien Barry 指出，资产管理行业全球化提速，各类复杂跨境基金产品不断涌现，市场对跨境运营、合规配套需求持续走高。公司期待依托全球化可扩展服务生态，持续简化资管机构业务流程。
