ChainCatcher 消息，据 CoinDesk 报道，与特朗普家族相关的比特币矿企 American Bitcoin（ABTC）宣布，总裁兼临时首席财务官（CFO）Matt Prusak 将于 8 月 4 日离职，并加入 AI 与能源基础设施公司 Giga Energy，担任首席商务官兼临时 CFO。
Prusak 表示，在“多年建设比特币业务”后，他将转向上游能源基础设施领域，关注当前限制比特币挖矿和 AI 计算发展的电力供应问题。
American Bitcoin 由 Eric Trump 参与创立，并获得 Hut 8 支持，是一家在纳斯达克上市的比特币矿企。Prusak 此前负责推动公司的比特币积累战略，包括扩大算力规模以及提升每股对应 BTC 持有量。
Giga Energy 总部位于休斯顿，主要开发电力设备和 AI 数据中心基础设施。公司表示，目前已交付超过 6.5GW 电力基础设施，并正在开发超过 500MW 的 AI 数据中心容量。
业内人士认为，Prusak 的转向反映出比特币挖矿行业正在加速向 AI 基础设施领域迁移。随着挖矿业务竞争加剧、利润率承压，越来越多矿企开始利用自身电力资源、土地储备和数据中心能力，进入 AI 算力基础设施市场。
随着大型科技企业争夺电力和数据中心容量，能源供应已成为 AI 计算扩张的核心瓶颈，具备电力资源整合能力的企业正获得更多关注。
