　　规定第四监管周期

　　贵州电网输配电价有关事项

　　2026年8月1日起执行

　　根据通知，第四监管周期贵州电网工商业用户各电压等级输配电价。

　　居民生活、农业生产用电继续执行现行目录销售电价政策，价格水平保持不变。

　　外送电送出省各电压等级输电价格为0.0302元／千瓦时(含税、不含线损)。

　　上网环节线损费用在输配电价外单列，按实际购电上网电价和上网环节线损率计算，省内各电压等级电量上网环节线损率为4.5%，参与省内电力市场交易的用户，待具备条件后，其对应上网环节线损电量由用户直接在电力市场中直接采购。外送电各电压等级电量上网环节线损率为1.13%。

　　抽水蓄能、电网侧独立新型储能抽水(充电)时视作用户，缴纳上网环节线损费用和系统运行费用，暂按单一电量制用户执行输配电价；发电(放电)电量相应退减输配电费。
