ORIX (IX) said Monday its aircraft leasing subsidiary, ORIX Aviation, agreed to acquire privately held UK-based aviation services company AerFin.

ORIX did not disclose the financial terms of the acquisition. Bloomberg reported, citing people familiar with the matter, that the transaction is valued at about $640 million, including debt.

The company said the transaction is expected to close later in 2026, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions.

ORIX said the acquisition will expand ORIX Aviation into the aircraft aftermarket business alongside its existing aircraft leasing operations.

ORIX did not immediately respond to a request for comment from MT Newswires.
