智通财经APP获悉，英派药业-B(07630)午后跌超13%，截至发稿，跌12.47%，报11.58港元，成交额527.74万港元。
消息面上，7月30日，英派药业宣布与法玛诺唯亚Pharmanovia签订独家许可合作协议，授予其在欧洲、中东、北非、澳大利亚及新西兰地区对塞纳帕利（senaparib）用于晚期上皮性高级别卵巢癌、输卵管癌及原发性腹膜癌维持单药治疗的独家生产、研发及商业化权利。英派药业最高可收获总计4.235亿欧元款项。
值得注意的是，市场此前普遍预测，因为英派药业满足港股通市值要求，将于2026年9月顺利纳入港股通。据悉，本次9月港股通调整，6月30日收盘市值是考核基准。然而考核落地后该股快速杀跌，7月2日暴跌45%，此后股价继续阴跌。截至8月3日，市值已不足35亿港元。
