中国质量新闻网讯 近日，江西省景德镇市知识产权保护中心（下称“中心”）联合景德镇市珠山区人民法院（下称“珠山法院”）开展著作权侵权纠纷案件巡回审判旁听活动，采用“现场庭审＋线上直播”形式，吸引了来自高校师生、知识产权从业人员、社会公众等多名代表参加，线上线下同步打造沉浸式知识产权普法课堂。
本次审理的案件涉及一款网红隔热垫。庭审中，当事双方围绕原告主张的权利作品是否具有独创性、在先设计抗辩是否成立、被告产品是否构成侵权等焦点问题进行举证、质证并发表辩论意见。现场旁听人员严格遵守庭审秩序，近距离、全流程感受知识产权司法审判的专业性与权威性。
本次活动搭建保护中心、法院、媒体三方协同普法平台，有效提升了各类创新主体的知识产权合规意识与风险防范能力。下一步，中心将持续深化司法联动机制，定期开展巡回庭审、普法宣传等活动，为景德镇市产业创新发展提供坚实高效的法治保障。
