金吾财讯 | 美国国防科技巨头L3Harris（LHX）宣布，已正式完成向私募股权公司AE Industrial Partners出售其商业航天推进、电力及电子业务多数股权的交易。该笔交易的整体企业价值定为8.45亿美元。根据协议，L3Harris的RS-25火箭发动机业务未包含在此次剥离资产中，仍由公司继续运营。剥离出的商业航天业务将重组为独立运营的新航天科技公司，并重新命名为Rocketdyne。L3Harris将保留新公司约40%的少数股权。L3Harris表示，本次出售业务所得的资金收益将用于加大对公司生产设施及前沿先进技术的投资，以积极应对当前国防与航天领域前所未有的强劲市场需求增长。
