智通财经APP获悉，光伏股继续走高，截至发稿，信义光能(00968)涨6.59%，报2.345港元；协鑫科技(03800)涨5.74%，报0.645港元；新特能源(01799)涨3.61%，报4.02港元；福莱特玻璃(06865)涨2.16%，报7.1港元。
消息面上，7月31日，市场监管总局在江苏省盐城市对光伏行业开展价格合规指导，深入整治“内卷式”竞争，推动光伏企业从“拼价格”向“拼质量”转变，促进光伏行业高质量发展。市场监管总局强调，光伏企业要充分认识当前行业发展形势，主动强化成本核算管理，建立健全价格合规制度，全面开展自查自纠，树牢合规经营、理性竞争理念，抵制恶性低价竞争，维护市场价格秩序。
华泰证券此前指出，光伏行业三项强制性国家标准具体细则公开。其中，硅料能耗等级要求较为超预期。该行指出，强制性国标发布意味着硅料、硅片、电池、组件四大主链环节的刚性准入门槛将抬高，重申看好2H26光伏需求侧同比压力有望缓解，27年强制性国标手段加速供给侧出清。
