智通财经APP获悉，百度集团-SW(09888)早盘涨超4%，截至发稿，涨3.78%，报109.9港元，成交额4.06亿港元。
消息面上，百度集团已向香港联交所申请将香港上市地位由第二上市转换为双重主要上市，并于7月22日获收悉确认，生效日期预计在本年度内。国盛证券认为，考虑到公司已满足港股通对于市值、综合指数成分股等核心纳入要求，预计后续将被纳入港股通标的，在提升流动性的同时扩大投资者基础。
此外，公司同步披露的配套议案显示，百度计划召开临时股东大会，提请股东批准多项授权。其一为股份发行授权，允许董事会配发及发行A类普通股或美国存托凭证(ADS)，规模上限为已发行股份总数20%；其二设立股份回购授权，最高可回购不超过总股本10%的股份。
