消息面上，近日，本公司与江苏如东洋口港经济开发区管理委员会(管委会)订立《洋口港绿色智算中心投资与建设合作备忘录》(战略合作备忘录)。根据战略合作备忘录，双方拟利用洋口港经济开发区在港口资源、能源基础设施、产业发展潜力及绿色低碳发展条件等方面的区位优势，在该地区开展绿色人工智能算力基础设施、算力资源运营平台及相关配套产业的投资与建设战略合作。
