智通财经APP讯，齐合环保(00976)发布公告，董事会注意到于2026年7月31日，Derichebourg S.A.刊发新闻稿，表示该交易已于同日完成。根据该新闻稿，该交易企业价值为4.8亿欧元。
Scholz集团所产生的收益占本集团截至2024年6月30日止6个月收益的约 90%。诚如本公司截至2024年6月30日止6个月的中期报告所载，本集团于欧洲产生的分部收益及溢利分别约为80.98亿港元及1.909亿港元，于亚洲则分别约为8.67亿港元及540万港元，而北美洲的贡献则微不足道。
于本公告日期，本公司尚未从接管人处取得有关该交易的任何资料。然而，根据现时可得资料，董事会认为Scholz集团对本集团的营运属重大，且倘该交易完成，鉴管本集团或可从该交易变现一次性收益，惟本公司将面临收益及经营溢利大幅下滑。该交易完成后，Scholz集团成员公司将不再为本公司的附属公司，而Scholz集团的财务业绩将不再综合计入本集团的财务报表。
