【中信建投：供需双弱稀土价格盘整 旺季预期有望助力向上】中信建投研报表示，7月稀土各品种表现差异明显，氧化镨钕先扬后抑，氧化铽跳涨后回调，氧化镝整体平稳。供给端，由于废料厂原料紧张问题导致产量明显下滑，据上海有色网，7月氧化镨钕产量环比下降11%，8月或有边际改善，但总体产量仍被压制。下游高温假期导致电机厂开工下滑，需求回落，8月仍处淡季，金九银十是传统消费旺季，市场对需求启动预期依然较强，8月中下旬有望重启下游备库，打破供需双弱格局，推动价格企稳向上。
