KKR-backed (KKR) Infinx Services is considering an initial public offering in India of up to $300 million, Bloomberg News reported Tuesday, citing people familiar with the matter.

Infinx Services invited investment banks to pitch for roles in the potential share sale, which could take place as early as 2027, the news outlet quoted the people as saying.

Bloomberg said the proposed offering is expected to include a mix of new shares and existing shares, though the structure has not been finalized. The size, timing and other terms of the IPO remain under discussion and could change depending on market conditions, the report said.

Infinx Services and KKR did not immediately respond to MT Newswires' request for comment.
