韩华航空周一宣布，已达成协议，终止与英国Vertical Aerospace总规模4548亿韩元（折合3.18亿美元）的城市空中交通（UAM）零部件供货合同。
双方分别在2022年、2023年签署两份合约，由韩华航空为Vertical Aerospace的VX4电动垂直起降飞行器（eVTOL）供应零部件。
这家总部位于伦敦的企业原本计划在2025年推出这款四座空中出租车并实现商业化，但项目时间表已出现推迟。
韩华航空在公告文件中表示：“合同签署后我方已忠实履行各项合约义务，但鉴于市场环境、项目发展方向与最初商业目标发生变化，经战略考量，双方协商一致终止合同。”
韩华航空同时透露，两家企业另行签署一份谅解备忘录，将持续维持合作关系。
