Sportradar Swings to Q1 Loss, Revenue Increases; 2026 Revenue Guidance Lowered

Sportradar (SRAD) reported Q2 loss Monday of 0.01 euro ($0.01) per diluted class A share attributable to owners of the company, swinging from earnings of $0.15 euro a year earlier.

Analysts polled by FactSet expected earnings of 0.07 euro.

Revenue for the quarter ended June 30 was 377.8 million euros, up from 317.8 million euros a year earlier.

Analysts expected 381.7 million euros.

For 2026, the company lowered its expected revenue outlook to now be between 1.52 billion euros and 1.53 billion euros, from its previous outlook of 1.56 billion euros to 1.58 billion euros. Analysts expect 1.56 billion euros.

Shares of the company fell more than 13% in recent premarket activity Monday.
