Ling Yue Services Group (HKG:2165) was unsuccessful in its bid to acquire land use rights for a commercial site in Xichang, Sichuan Province, through a public tender.
The 8.33 million yuan bidding deposit has been fully refunded without interest or deductions, according to a Monday Hong Kong bourse filing.
