　　维萨将以 24 亿美元现金收购以色列风控反欺诈平台 BioCatch。

　　维萨宣布，将现金收购反欺诈技术企业 BioCatch，交易金额 24 亿美元。

　　公司周一公告显示，本次交易将从 Permira 旗下基金及其他股东手中收购这家以色列企业。

　　BioCatch 运用人工智能实时侦测欺诈行为，辨别合法用户与恶意攻击者。其平台在全球范围内为 18 亿台设备、7.6 亿名用户提供安全防护。

　　维萨持续加大人工智能在反诈领域的应用，旗下Visa Vulnerability Agentic Harness平台可协助客户识别并修复欺诈安全漏洞。过去五年，维萨累计投入 130 亿美元用于反诈技术研发与基础设施建设。

　　维萨增值服务总裁安德鲁・托雷表示：“借助 BioCatch，我们能够帮助客户在交易完成支付前拦截欺诈行为。”

　　本次交易预计将于维萨 2027 财年第二季度末完成交割。
