金吾财讯 | 美国最大房屋建造商之一 PulteGroup（PHM）宣布，将进一步扩张其在佛罗里达州的业务版图，正式成立全新的佛罗里达狭长地带部门，以开发佛罗里达州西北部市场。此举旨在顺应该州持续强劲的新房置业需求，捕捉该地区的增长潜力。据介绍，作为该地区布局的前瞻举措，PulteGroup 极早于今年与 The St. Joe Company 达成协议，锁定佛罗里达州贝县两个新建社区的住宅地块。该合约初始涵盖 1,326 个住宅地块，并在未来选择权行使后，地块总量最高可增至 2,653 个。该项目的首期开发预计将于 2027 年 正式动工。新建社区将引入 PulteGroup 旗下的三大核心品牌——Pulte Homes、针对活跃长者的 Del Webb 以及 DiVosta，以满足不同客户群体的购房需求。人事方面，PulteGroup 正式成立佛罗里达狭长地带部门，并任命 Taylor Larza 出任副总裁兼市场经理。Larza 自 2016 年加入公司，此前担任公司佛罗里达东北部部门的采购副总裁，拥有丰富的供应链与业务运营经验。
