雪佛龙旗下雪佛龙产品公司通过与HF Sinclair润滑剂与特种产品公司及Renkert Oil达成协议，扩大其北美基础油分销网络。
雪佛龙周一表示，自明年5月1日起，HF Sinclair润滑剂与特种产品公司将成为雪佛龙在加拿大及美国现有客户区域的II类基础油独家分销商。
HF Sinclair还将获得美国部分其他区域II类基础油的非独家分销权。
Renkert Oil将继续作为雪佛龙Paralux和Paramount工艺油在美国、加拿大和欧洲的全境分销商。
该公司还将在美国和加拿大供应Nexbase III类基础油，并在HF Sinclair区域之外的美国全境供应雪佛龙II类基础油。
两家分销商通过互为补充的区域和产品专注渠道，扩大了雪佛龙的客户覆盖范围。
