Lendlease Group's Build-to-Rent Project in Melbourne Reaches Full Height

Lendlease Group (ASX:LLC) said its 899 Collins Street build-to-rent project in Melbourne has reached full height, marking a construction milestone for the 24-level waterfront development, according to a Monday statement.
The company is delivering the project in partnership with Nippon Steel Kowa Real Estate and Tokyo Tatemono, with residents expected to arrive in early 2027.
The project will also deliver Bourke Dock, a new waterfront public park, the company said.
Lendlease Group shares fell 1% in recent Monday trade.
