智通财经APP讯，黄河实业(00318)发布公告，由于审计程序、标准外部确认函、评估师的估值报告及证明文件需要更多时间处理，故2026年全年业绩的刊发将会延迟。核数师已告知本公司，收取已签署的外部确认函以及评估师最终估值报告的完成及交付，基本上属本公司管理层控制范围以外的事宜。尽管如此，本公司管理层一直致力提供一切所需协助。
本公司感谢核数师对本公司管理层在审计过程中所给予的全力支持及合作表示谢意，并认为彼等的迅速回应对核数师极具价值。本公司正尽最大努力于切实可行情况下尽快刊发全年业绩。视乎剩余审计程序的完成情况，本公司目前预期全年业绩的刊发不会影响本公司截至2026年4月30日止财政年度的年报(2026年年报)的寄发时间。本公司将于适当时候按照上市规则另行刊发公告。
应本公司要求，本公司股份将由2026年8月3日上午九时正起于联交所暂停买卖，以待本公司刊发2026年全年业绩。
