截至2026年7月31日止7个月，本集团连同本集团合营公司及联营公司以及雅居乐项目的预售金额合计为约人民币42.9亿元，同比减少24.6%，而对应建筑面积为约47.4万平方米;平均价为每平方米人民币9049元。
