智通财经APP讯，盛禾生物-B(02898)发布公告，于2026年8月4日，基于审核委员会的推荐建议，公司委聘郑郑风险管理咨询服务有限公司为独立内部监控顾问，以进行独立内部监控检讨。独立内部监控检讨建议分为三个主要阶段进行：(i)初步评估，以了解集团现有的内部监控框架;(ii)深入检讨，以识别监控缺陷并建议补救措施;(iii)后续检讨，以评估所实行的补救措施的成效。独立内部监控检讨将涵盖集团所有关键领域的内部监控系统，包括财务汇报、采购、销售、现金管理、预付款项管理、研发、外包、合约管理、遵守上市规则，以及其他重大营运及管治流程。
