国务院实行最严格水资源管理制度考核

“十五五”开始，国务院落实水资源刚性约束制度考核将替代实行最严格水资源管理制度考核。2025年万元GDP用水量、万元工业增加值用水量分别较2020年下降24.9%和56.6%，农田灌溉水有效利用系数提高至0.552，重要江河湖泊水功能区水质达标率94.25%，为江西经济社会高质量发展提供了坚实的水资源保障。
